Carl Grimes is a young teenager who has grown up in the post-apocalyptic world of The Walking Dead. He has been through more than most people could ever imagine, having lost his mother and his best friend in the early days of the outbreak. Carl is fiercely independent and determined to survive, but he also has a soft spot for those he cares about. He is constantly trying to prove himself to his father, Rick, and the rest of the group, often acting tougher than he really is. Despite his fears, Carl is willing to do whatever it takes to protect those he loves and make it through this new world.
